What is the difference in SEO and Adwords? First, maybe we should define them each. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. What is used in this type of unit is the company has more of a presence online. The content and design of the website are made so that they are eye catching. The best part of using SEO is that having keywords which reflect what your business is all about, helps people find your business fast, and this generates more business for you. Also with SEO, social Media is a great way to advertise. While your business is making profits, remember that it was all done free. Nothing needed to be paid for. However, generating business with just SEO is a slow process and may take a long time to get an audience. SEO takes time and patience to build an audience.

Adwords are different. While you want your business to rank high on Google, this type of advertising is not free. Adwords are a pay per click advertising program. How this works is, your advertisement is placed on a Google site. Every time someone clicks on your advertisement, Google gets paid money. Adwords, placed in strategic places can generate a great deal of fast traffic. But this type of advertising mandates the business pays a fee for every click. With Adwords, visitors see the advertisement clearly and can click on that ad, which will then take them to your website. Thus, it is a faster way of generating business quickly.

If you want a long-term relationship, then opt for SEO. Why? Because although Adwords build business quickly, it can be costly. SEO is free, and so can be used for a long time. So, patience really is the key.
